Terri handles Property Management. Her passion for Commercial Real Estate began at the Trammell Crow Company in 1991. She has also served as a Regional Asset Manager for a non-profit organization managing federally subsidized residential housing for the elderly throughout West Tennessee. In 2005, she returned to commercial property management by joining the McNeill team.

Terri received her Affiliate Brokers Real Estate license in 1991 and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1999. Terri is originally from Jackson, Tennessee, where she received her B.S. degree from Lambuth College.
