Spence Ray joined MCRE in 1984. Together with Phillip H. McNeill Sr, they developed numerous projects throughout the Mid-South.  Spence was instrumental in acquiring hotels for Equity Inns for Mr. McNeill.  He is a Memphis native and a graduate of the University of Memphis.
